Efficy

Efficy is a Belgian CRM vendor founded in 2005, headquartered in Brussels, and the contracting entity Efficy SA is governed by Belgian law. Founder Cédric Pierrard remains CEO; European private-equity firms Seven2 (formerly Apax Partners) and Fortino Capital took significant stakes alongside the founders in 2021. Through organic growth and acquisitions it has become one of the largest European-owned CRM groups, serving customers across the continent with data hosted in the EU.
