Factorial is a Spanish HR software company headquartered in Barcelona, founded by Bernat Farrero, Pau Ramon, and Jordi Romero. The platform spans core HR, time tracking, payroll, recruiting, performance, and a growing finance module for SMBs.

The legal entity is Everyday Software S.L. Founders retain control; minority investors include General Catalyst, Tiger Global, and Atomico. In March 2026 Bloomberg reported the company was in talks to raise around $200M at a roughly $2B valuation.
