Harvey is a US legal AI company headquartered in San Francisco, founded in 2022 by Winston Weinberg (former O’Melveny associate) and Gabriel Pereyra (ex-DeepMind/Meta). On 25 March 2026 it raised at an $11B valuation in a $200M round co-led by GIC and Sequoia.

Its platform combines legal-domain assistants, document analysis, contract review, and litigation agents. Customers include many of the top global law firms and Fortune 500 in-house legal teams, making Harvey the category-defining incumbent in legal AI.
