Hygraph

Hygraph (formerly GraphCMS) is a GraphQL-native headless content management system founded in 2017 and based in Gießen and Berlin, Germany (GraphCMS GmbH), with founders Michael Lukaszuk and Daniel Kopietz still involved. Its distinguishing feature is content federation, which unifies content from multiple sources and services behind a single GraphQL API. Backers are predominantly European, including One Peak (London), OpenOcean (Helsinki/London), and Peak (Amsterdam), with no controlling US investor. It is offered as a managed cloud with EU hosting regions.
