Ivalua

Ivalua is a French source-to-pay software company founded in 2000 by David Khuat-Duy, headquartered in Massy near Paris (Ivalua SAS). Its cloud suite covers the full procurement cycle — sourcing, supplier and contract management, procure-to-pay, and spend analytics — on a highly configurable, low-code platform used by large enterprises and the public sector.

Khuat-Duy remains founder and Executive Chairman (he moved to Chief AI Officer in 2025, with Franck Lheureux as CEO); co-founder Daniel Amzallag is COO. Ivalua reached unicorn status in 2019 and has raised growth capital from Ardian, KKR and Tiger Global as minority investors, with European PE firm Hg joining in 2024; its global ultimate parent remains in France, while Redwood City, California operates as the US sales subsidiary.
