Lexroom S.r.l. is an Italian legal AI company headquartered in Milan, founded in 2023 by Paolo Fois (CEO), Martina Domenicali (CRO), and Andrea Lonza (CTO). On 19 May 2026 it closed a $50M Series B led by Left Lane Capital (with Base10, Eurazeo, and others participating), eight months after its $19M Series A. Total funding stands at roughly $73M.

Lexroom is built on a continuously updated index of European legal sources legislation, case law, and regulatory texts and serves 8,000+ law firms primarily across Italy, with expansion into Spain and Germany flagged at the Series B. Founders and Italian/European angels retain control; US lead investors hold minority positions.
