Noxtua

Noxtua AG is a Berlin legal-AI company, registered at the Charlottenburg commercial register under HRB 202784 B and led by Dr. Leif-Nissen Lundbæk as chairman of the executive board. It builds legal AI on curated content from European legal publishers, running on European infrastructure under BSI C5, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 certification.

In September 2026 the company raised more than 100 million euros in a Series C that made C.H.BECK, the independent family-owned German legal publisher, its majority shareholder. Austrian legal publisher MANZ joined as a new investor, while Global Brain and the KDDI Open Innovation Fund exited. Ownership sits entirely with European publishers and investors.
