Nuclino

Nuclino is a Munich-based collaborative workspace founded in 2015 by Björn Michelsen, Veronika Fischer, and Jonathan Kienzle. Nuclino GmbH is 100% founder-owned, profitable, and has taken no outside funding — the team has shipped the product on revenue alone for a decade.

The product is a deliberately small, fast wiki-style workspace for documents, knowledge bases, and lightweight project tracking, with European hosting (Frankfurt) and a strict no-tracking, no-third-party-analytics policy. It is positioned as a calmer, sovereign alternative to Notion and Confluence for European teams that want EU data residency and minimal feature creep.
