Payhawk

Payhawk is a UK and Bulgarian spend management company headquartered in London with engineering in Sofia, founded in 2018 by Hristo Borisov, Boyko Karadzhov, and Konstantin Dzhengozov. The platform combines corporate cards, AP automation, expense management, and multi-currency reimbursements for multi-entity European enterprises. It became Bulgaria’s first unicorn in 2022 and integrates with NetSuite, SAP, and Oracle. Payhawk operates UK, EU, and US subsidiaries; parent control sits in the UK.
