Personio is a German HR software company headquartered in Munich, with a second hub in Dublin. The platform covers core HR, recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, payroll, and performance, targeted at European small and mid-sized businesses.

The legal entity is Personio SE & Co. KG. Founder Hanno Renner remains CEO; investors include Index, Accel, Northzone, Greenoaks, and Lightspeed as minority backers. In April 2026 Personio reported its first profitable quarter and acquired Munich-based AI recruiting startup aurio.
