Qonto

Qonto is a French business banking provider headquartered in Paris, founded by Alexandre Prot and Steve Anavi. The legal entity is Qonto SAS, regulated by France’s ACPR as a payment institution, with operations across France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Portugal.

The product covers business accounts, debit/virtual cards, expense management, accounting integrations, and invoicing. Investors include Tiger Global, TCV, Insight, DST Global, KKR, and Tencent (minority). In January 2025 Qonto closed a €486M Series D, the largest French fintech round of that year.
