Sketch is a Dutch design tool founded in 2010 by Pieter Omvlee and Emanuel Sá and built around a native macOS editor paired with a web app for browser-based review, prototyping, and developer handoff.
The company is Sketch B.V., headquartered in The Hague. Founders remain in control; only outside capital is a 2019 Series A led by Benchmark Capital (US, minority).
