Userlike

Userlike is a Cologne-based customer messaging platform founded in 2011, focused on website live chat with optional WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and SMS channels in one inbox. The product targets SMB and mid-market support and sales teams that want EU-hosted conversations with GDPR-compliant data handling and a German-speaking support organisation. The platform includes an AI chatbot builder, knowledge-base integration, video and audio calls, and CRM-friendly integrations.

Since April 2021 Userlike has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lime Technologies AB, a Swedish CRM group listed on Nasdaq Stockholm (LIME.ST). Userlike operates as an independent product within the group, retaining its brand, team, and Cologne office. As of 2026 the SE-listed parent has not been acquired by any non-European group.
