Its terms of use name the Polish entity as the service provider and set Polish law as the governing law; the data processing agreement names the same company as processor.
The company is wholly owned by WeNet Group S.A. (KRS 0000681163), Poland’s largest online-marketing provider for small businesses, which is in turn majority-held by the Warsaw private equity firm Innova Capital. Ownership and control sit entirely within Europe.
