Finnish security suite: antivirus, unlimited VPN, password manager Alternative to Norton 360.
Details
F-Secure Total is the company’s single consumer bundle, priced at EUR 69.99 a year for one device up to EUR 99.99 for five, with a 30-day trial and no permanently free tier. One app covers Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, carrying the DeepGuard behavioural antivirus engine, Browsing, Banking and Shopping Protection, automatic SMS scam filtering, an unlimited VPN, a password manager with autofill, 24/7 dark-web and breach monitoring with human follow-up advice, parental content filtering, an ad and cookie blocker, and a gaming mode. AV-TEST gave the suite its Best Protection award for 2024 and its Best Usability award in March 2026, and AV-Comparatives rated it a top performer in fake-shop detection in November 2025. F-Secure prices renewals at the new-customer rate instead of discounting the first year, which it markets as honest pricing — the opposite of the industry’s usual renewal step-up. There is no cloud backup and no webcam blocker at any tier.
About F-Secure
F-Secure Corporation (F-Secure Oyj, business ID 3269349-7) is a Helsinki consumer-security company listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki. It was registered on 30 June 2022, when the original F-Secure — founded in 1988 — split its consumer and enterprise halves; the enterprise side became WithSecure. Founder Risto Siilasmaa is the largest shareholder at 34.4% as of 31 July 2026, ahead of SEB’s Helsinki nominee register at 8.3% and the Nordea Nordic Small Cap Fund at 6.7%, and no corporate parent sits above the company. Revenue was EUR 145.7 million in 2025 against EUR 35.5 million of operating profit, and headcount reached 616 at 30 June 2026. Most revenue arrives through operator, bank and insurer partners — Swisscom, Vodafone, Telia and Virgin Media among them — rather than direct sales, and the company puts its total reach above 30 million people. Its licence terms are governed by Finnish law with exclusive jurisdiction in the Finnish courts, with a New York clause that applies only to licences bought by United States residents.
