Pivot is an agentic AI procure-to-pay platform from the Paris startup of the same name. It unifies requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier onboarding, and policy automation, with bidirectional ERP integrations and AI agents for sourcing, contract review, and spend analytics.

Procurement, finance, and operations teams use it to consolidate indirect spend, automate three-way matching, and replace heavier legacy stacks like Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Ivalua. Buyers compare it on AI-agent reliability, time-to-deploy, EU data-residency, ERP fit, and how its supplier network compares to incumbents.

Pivot is a Paris-based startup building an AI operating system for enterprise procurement. Founded in 2023 by Romain Libeau (ex-Swile CPO), Marc-Antoine Lacroix (ex-Qonto CTO/CPO), and Estelle Giuly (ex-Wave), the company is a French SAS with all-European backing from Forestay Capital, Notion Capital, Hedosophia, Visionaries Club, and Emblem.

On 21 May 2026 Pivot announced an oversubscribed $40M (€34.4M) Series B led by Forestay and Notion, bringing total funding to $70M (€60.2M). The platform now handles roughly $3B (€2.5B) in invoices a year across 25+ countries for customers including DoorDash, Lemonade, and Flix, and positions itself as an AI-first alternative to Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Ivalua.
