PrestaShop SA is a French e-commerce platform headquartered in Paris, founded in 2007 by Igor Schlumberger and Bruno Lévêque as an open-source online shop engine. It now powers 300,000+ active stores, especially in France, Spain, Italy, and Poland. Since February 2026, PrestaShop is owned by Cyber_Pixel — a holding entity majority-controlled (79%) by Cyber_Folks SA, the Polish hosting group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange; Sylius founders hold the remaining 21%. PrestaShop SA remains a Paris-incorporated company.
