Dutch developer of the open-source Aegis Authenticator for Android.

Beem Development is a Dutch general partnership (vennootschap onder firma) registered with the Chamber of Commerce under KVK 97063053, at Leerparkpromenade 363 in Dordrecht. It publishes Aegis Authenticator, an open-source Android app for two-step sign-in codes with more than a million Google Play installs, and accepts donations rather than selling a paid tier.

Its own website names no terms of service and no governing law. The legal entity is identified through the trader details on its Google Play listing, which match the Dutch register.
