CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG is registered at the Amtsgericht Oldenburg under HRA 4020, at Schafjückenweg 2 in Rastede, Lower Saxony. Its general partner is CRASH Verwaltungs GmbH (HRB 210079 Oldenburg) and its limited partner is CRASH Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG (HRA 4209), whose own general partner is named HILCHNER & BOGENA Geschäftsführungs GmbH — every entity in the chain sits at the same Rastede address, and the two men the holding is named after, Rolf Hilchner and Heinz-Wilhelm Bogena, are CleverReach’s supervisory board. They founded the Ashampoo software group in 1999 and launched CleverReach together in 2007; the operating company was first registered in 2005 as ashampoo Internet Services GmbH & Co. KG. No investor, private-equity holder or foreign parent appears anywhere in the chain.
