CleverReach

CleverReach is a newsletter and email-automation tool aimed at businesses rather than a broad marketing suite. The Lite plan is free and permanent for 250 recipients and 1,000 emails a month, including the drag-and-drop editor, the template library, landing pages, one signup form, one automation workflow and basic reporting. Basic at EUR 15 a month lifts sending to unlimited and forms to unlimited; Pro at EUR 18 adds unlimited automation workflows and A/B testing and scales to 150,000 recipients, with an enterprise tier from EUR 499. Segmentation, tagging, a subscriber preference centre, a deliverability dashboard, conversion tracking, a REST API and an AI content generator come with the product, alongside native connectors for Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, Adobe Commerce, PrestaShop and epages plus WordPress, TYPO3 and Drupal. Servers sit exclusively in Germany and the EU, certified to DIN ISO/IEC 27001, with a data-processing agreement signable inside the account. Transactional sending is available on request rather than as a self-serve plan, and there is no SMS, social-posting or paid-ads product.

CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG is registered at the Amtsgericht Oldenburg under HRA 4020, at Schafjückenweg 2 in Rastede, Lower Saxony. Its general partner is CRASH Verwaltungs GmbH (HRB 210079 Oldenburg) and its limited partner is CRASH Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG (HRA 4209), whose own general partner is named HILCHNER & BOGENA Geschäftsführungs GmbH — every entity in the chain sits at the same Rastede address, and the two men the holding is named after, Rolf Hilchner and Heinz-Wilhelm Bogena, are CleverReach’s supervisory board. They founded the Ashampoo software group in 1999 and launched CleverReach together in 2007; the operating company was first registered in 2005 as ashampoo Internet Services GmbH & Co. KG. No investor, private-equity holder or foreign parent appears anywhere in the chain. The company reports 65 staff and 400,000 customers sending more than 300 million emails a month, files annual accounts in the Bundesanzeiger, and owns the purpose-built Rastede headquarters it trades from. Its terms are governed by German law with venue at the company’s seat.
