F-Secure Corporation (F-Secure Oyj, business ID 3269349-7) is a Helsinki consumer-security company listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki. It was registered on 30 June 2022, when the original F-Secure — founded in 1988 — split its consumer and enterprise halves; the enterprise side became WithSecure. Founder Risto Siilasmaa is the largest shareholder at 34.4% as of 31 July 2026, ahead of SEB’s Helsinki nominee register at 8.3% and the Nordea Nordic Small Cap Fund at 6.7%, and no corporate parent sits above the company.
