Intercom

Intercom is a US customer service software company headquartered in San Francisco, founded in 2011 by four Irish founders and run by CEO Eoghan McCabe. Its messenger, inbox, and Fin AI agent serve roughly $400M ARR. In May 2026 the corporate parent rebranded to Fin (taking the name of its AI agent product), while the helpdesk product continues to ship under the Intercom name as Intercom 2.
