MailerLite (MailerLite UAB) is a Vilnius, Lithuania email-marketing company founded in 2010 by Ignas Rubežius, who remains CEO. Its platform serves small businesses, creators, and e-commerce sellers with newsletters, automation workflows, signup forms, landing pages, and websites, hosted on EU infrastructure.

The company was acquired in 2022 by Vercom S.A., a Warsaw-listed Polish email and CPaaS group controlled by founder Jakub Dwernicki (also behind cyber_Folks), keeping ownership and control inside the EU. MailerLite continues to operate as an independent brand within the group.
