Odoo S.A. is a Belgian société anonyme, enterprise number BE 0477.472.701, with its registered seat at Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand Rosière. Founder Fabien Pinckaers has been managing director since 2010. The binding Odoo Enterprise Subscription Agreement places the contract under Belgian law with exclusive jurisdiction at the Nivelles business court, and the privacy policy names the Belgian SA as controller.

The named sub-processors are OVH and Google’s EU region for European customers, with AWS used only outside Europe. Odoo Inc. is a sales subsidiary rather than a parent. Summit Partners took a minority stake in 2022 and a 2024 secondary round valued the company above EUR 5 billion; the founder did not sell and states that he retained the majority.
