Pivot

Pivot is a Paris-based startup building an AI operating system for enterprise procurement. Founded in 2023 by Romain Libeau (ex-Swile CPO), Marc-Antoine Lacroix (ex-Qonto CTO/CPO), and Estelle Giuly (ex-Wave), the company is a French SAS with all-European backing from Forestay Capital, Notion Capital, Hedosophia, Visionaries Club, and Emblem.

On 21 May 2026 Pivot announced an oversubscribed $40M (€34.4M) Series B led by Forestay and Notion, bringing total funding to $70M (€60.2M). The platform now handles roughly $3B (€2.5B) in invoices a year across 25+ countries for customers including DoorDash, Lemonade, and Flix, and positions itself as an AI-first alternative to Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Ivalua.
