Tailscale

Tailscale Inc. was founded in 2019 by Avery Pennarun, David Crawshaw, David Carney and Brad Fitzpatrick, and is based in Toronto. It builds a mesh VPN on WireGuard: an open-source client runs on each device, and a hosted coordination service that Tailscale operates handles sign-in, keys and access rules. The company sells the product per user, with a free Personal plan for non-commercial use.
