Kittl

Kittl is a browser design tool built around an infinite canvas, 10,000-plus premium templates, text effects and vector editing, with real-time collaboration. Brand Studio holds a brand kit, and the asset library ships fonts, graphics, icons and illustrations. AI tools generate images, vectors and video, and a mockup generator places a design on a product shot.

Its audience is print-on-demand sellers, small businesses and agencies, so it integrates with Printify, Shopify, Etsy and WooCommerce rather than running its own print service.

Pricing is self-serve: Free, Pro at 15 dollars a month, Expert at 35 and Max at 65. The free plan is for personal use only and grants no commercial rights, which is the main thing separating it from the incumbent’s free tier.

Kittl Technologies GmbH is registered at Saarbrücker Straße 37, 10405 Berlin (HRB 214251 B, Amtsgericht Charlottenburg) and is led by managing directors Nicolas Heymann and Tobias Saul. It grew out of the earlier HTC Heritage Type GmbH, so the German entity is the original one rather than a later operating subsidiary.

Its terms of service name the Berlin GmbH as the contracting party, state that the contract is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, and set Berlin as the place of jurisdiction. The document contains no reference to a US entity or to Delaware, and the privacy policy names the same GmbH as controller. US growth investors led a 36 million dollar Series B as minority holders.
