Lime CRM

Lime CRM is the flagship product of Lime Technologies, sold across the Nordics, Germany and the Netherlands. It covers accounts and contacts with full interaction history, deals with history and deal splits, order management, CPQ, quotations, e-signing and customer-service ticketing with ranked SLAs, on a fully flexible data model with custom fields and no-code automations. Single sign-on is included on every tier; AI agents and the REST API sit on the higher ones. Published pricing runs from 55 to 170 euros per user per month, and data is processed in the EU. Industry editions exist for utilities, real estate, membership organisations, machinery, manufacturing and wholesale.

Lime Technologies was founded in Lund in 1990 as Lundalogik and now sells CRM across the Nordics, Germany and the Netherlands. Customers contract with one of six European entities — the Swedish one is Lime Technologies Sweden AB, org.nr 556397-0465, under Swedish law with arbitration seated in Lund — and no US entity or US state law appears anywhere in the terms. The listed parent, Lime Technologies AB (publ), org.nr 556953-2616, trades on Nasdaq Stockholm; its ten largest shareholders are all Nordic funds and private holders, with no single controlling owner and no private-equity stake. The group reported net sales of SEK 740 million and 511 employees in 2025.
